Welcome to Moore's Designs ("Moore's Designs," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website at mooresdesigns.com (the "Site") and the marketing, advertising, and related services we provide (the "Services"). By accessing the Site or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.
Moore's Designs provides marketing and advertising services, including website design, search engine optimization, paid advertising management, lead generation, and marketing automation. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines for any engagement are set out in a separate service agreement or proposal between you and Moore's Designs. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our Services.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive lead-notification text messages from Moore's Designs related to your advertising campaigns. The following terms apply:
Program description. Moore's Designs sends automated text alerts to clients when their advertising campaigns generate a new lead, so the client can follow up promptly.
Opt-in. You opt in by providing your mobile number and consenting during onboarding or in your service agreement. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your lead and campaign activity.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to re-subscribe.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree to provide accurate information, cooperate in the delivery of Services, secure any rights or permissions needed for materials you provide to us, and use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and the policies of any advertising platform involved.
Fees, billing frequency, and payment terms are specified in your service agreement or proposal. Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms (such as Meta or Google) is separate from and in addition to our management fees unless stated otherwise. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of Services.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Moore's Designs retains ownership of its proprietary methods, templates, and tools. Final deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment as described in the applicable service agreement. Content and materials you provide to us remain your property, and you grant us a license to use them as needed to deliver the Services.
Our Services rely on third-party platforms (for example, advertising networks, analytics tools, and messaging providers). We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of those platforms, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we work diligently to achieve results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as a particular number of leads, sales, rankings, or revenue, as results depend on factors outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moore's Designs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate an engagement as described in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees incurred through the termination date.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above and post the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
